Tackle meal planning together

Meal planning takes a considerable amount of time and effort.  With work and children, I found that it is very difficult to cook by the exact recipes.  In this ever changing busy world, I try to cook with nutritious recipes that use whatever I have in the fridge and pantry.  My cooking philosophy is low sugar, low refined carbs, and many colorful vegetables.  While meat is important, it can be a side dish sometimes. Here are the recipes and tips that work for my family.  I invite you to share recipes and tips that work for you.  Together we can tackle meal planning more efficiently.
